You will learn about the life of a cheesemaker and dairy farmer, journey with cheese as it has fed the human soul through time, learn how to build a cheese board, have a guided cheese sampling with a cheesemonger, hear what calls people to work with cheese, and enjoy a tour through the beautiful Hildene estate and its creamery!
