ACS is excited to welcome the exam back to conference this year, held on Wednesday, July 23rd in Sacramento, CA, and thrilled to have Miles and IDDBA host this educational webinar.

Speaker: Miles Agatha-Currier, Education Coordinator, IDDBA. With 10+ years of experience in foodservice roles spanning restaurants, baking, and specialty cheese, Miles Agatha-Currier joined the IDDBA as an Education Coordinator in 2023. They manage the IDDBA's food safety resources, professional development initiatives, job training modules, and certification programming including the Charcuterie Professional Certification Exam. They're the liaison for the IDDBA's Deli Advisory and Professional Development Committees, coordinator for the What's in Store Live Deli Team, and facilitator of the IDDBA-RATIONAL Cooperative Education Internship Program.
