4-cylinder pneumatic, stainless steel cheese press. Pistons have between 3-5 years of use. Completely new pressure gauge. 
Steel wheels are rusted but solid. Fits rectangular cheddar block forms best but can be used with other forms. 
Has a whey draining channel to allow for proper drainage. Perfect for cheddar producers or smaller scale cheesemakers. 
Used at Cato Corner Farm to make award winning cheese for the last 20 years – we upgraded to a new press after increasing production volume.
