Jacketed cheesevat from Stoelting, 150 gallons total volume. Practically will do about 145 gallons max. Has a moving agitator with travel and stirring control. Comes with stirring blades and forks. I have not used the forks. Has a wall-mount control box. The circulation pump for water in the jacket of the vat is not included.

This cheese vat will become available in March/April. I am waiting on a new vat. Unit sold as is, and in good working condition, currently in use.
