We are excited to have you join the cheese community in Sacramento, CA for the ACS 2025 Annual Conference. The majority of conference functions and sessions for attendees will take place at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center located at 1401 K Street, Sacramento, CA.

 

ACS ROOM BLOCKS

ACS has negotiated special discounted rates for attendees at select hotels conveniently located near the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. We strongly encourage attendees to stay at one of the official conference hotels and book within the contracted room blocks to make the most of your conference experience and network with other attendees.

Reservations may also be booked directly with the hotel of your choice by contacting the hotel directly by phone and referencing American Cheese Society. Reservations are honored based on availability at the discounted rate and the room blocks may fill before cut-off on Monday, June 30th. We encourage you to make your reservation early with the hotel of your choice to secure your reservation.

The Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel is located 500 feet or a 2 minute walk from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Beware of Room Block “Poachers”

Please note the American Cheese Society does not hire an official housing bureau or group housing company to handle hotel reservations. Please be advised that any unauthorized group housing company (also known in the conference industry as a room block poacher or pirate) that attempts to contact attendees, companies, and/or sponsors that may be associated with the Conference are fraudulent and are not authorized by the American Cheese Society. Only reservations booked directly through the secure link provided or directly with the contracted Conference hotels by phone are part of the official contracted conference room block.

 

Travel to Sacramento

Air: Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is serviced by several main airline carriers. The airport is located about 12 miles from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. Allow yourself at least 15-20 minutes of travel time to get from the airport to the Convention Center. Please visit the Sacramento International Airport for additional information on services. 

Ground Transportation: Taxi, Uber and Lyft, and public bus services are also available.

Hotel Parking: Please note: the American Cheese Society does not validate nor will the hotel validate parking for Conference attendees. Parking fees are the responsibility of the guest.

  • Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel: Self-parking is available in the garage located directly across the street from the hotel. Current rates are $30 per day. Ace Parking, 900 13th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. $40 per day for valet parking.
  • Hyatt Regency Sacramento: Current rates are $25 per day for self-parking and $40 per day for valet parking.  Parking is based on availability. Rate terms are subject to change.
  • Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown Arena:  Parking fee is added to room daily. Choice of express parking $35 daily or city garage parking $25 daily.
