SACRAMENTO TO HOST “CITY OF CHEESE” MENU POP-UP IN CELEBRATION OF THE 2025 AMERICAN CHEESE SOCIETY CONFERENCE

ACS is proud to launch the City of Cheese Menu Pop-Up Event, a collaborative initiative between nationally recognized cheese producers and some of Sacramento’s most acclaimed local restaurants. This program invites participating eateries to feature a signature menu item built around a sponsored artisan cheese, giving guests the opportunity to explore the incredible versatility of cheese through creative, one-of-a-kind dishes.
Local restaurants will feature a cheese-centric special dish featuring artisan cheese from an American Cheese Society–member cheesemaker. It’s a limited-time menu item you won’t want to miss!
These special dishes will be available during the three-day pop-up event from July 23 to 25, offering locals, visiting attendees, and cheese lovers alike the chance to taste how artisan cheeses shine in Sacramento’s diverse dining scene.

Cheese with a Cause
As part of ACS’s commitment to engagement, education, and sustainability, 10% of proceeds from the featured dishes will benefit Three Sisters Gardens, a local West Sacramento nonprofit focused on youth empowerment, urban farming, and community food sovereignty. This organization cultivates organic vegetables while mentoring youth in agricultural and leadership skills—embodying the same spirit of growth and collaboration that defines the cheese community.
